Netuno Tilapia Fillet in Passion Fruit Sauce

  1. Remove seeds from the passion fruit and set ¼ aside;
  2. Place the remaining seeds in a blender, add 200 ml of water and mix;
  3. Strain the juice and, in a saucepan, place over low heat until simmering;
  4. Add sugar and keep stirring until it forms a thick sauce;
  5. Add the reserved seeds and boil some more;
  6. Cover the already baked fillets with this sauce and serve with white rice and salad.
