Netuno Tilapia Fillet in Passion Fruit Sauce
- Remove seeds from the passion fruit and set ¼ aside;
- Place the remaining seeds in a blender, add 200 ml of water and mix;
- Strain the juice and, in a saucepan, place over low heat until simmering;
- Add sugar and keep stirring until it forms a thick sauce;
- Add the reserved seeds and boil some more;
- Cover the already baked fillets with this sauce and serve with white rice and salad.

- I like Salt
- 2 Passion fruit
- 4 Spoons Sugar
